Since becoming a mother a decade ago, my journey into questioning and advocating for health began with my children's food allergies. Four years ago, we found a functional medicine provider, setting us on a positive trajectory toward physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This transformative period led me to focus on root causes, incorporating this perspective into my practice.

Rooted in Clarksville for generations, my family ties inspired my business name. This connection to my city facilitates meaningful interactions with other mothers, parents, and their children. My journey into speech pathology was a calling that intensified during college. After obtaining my bachelor's, I briefly switched paths, becoming a PE teacher. However, God's calling persisted, and with my sister's support I pursued graduate school, after which I became a school-based speech language pathologist. Eight years with the school system taught me numerous valuable lessons. During this time, I recognized root-cause issues in my students but lacked a way to address them. Three years ago, I transitioned into this role to better meet the needs of my clients. I have also dedicated myself to extensive training, acquiring certifications, and pursuing continuing education in my field. I firmly believe in addressing the root cause for lasting success in treating various symptoms.

Driven by passion, I pursued certifications in orofacial myology, pediatric feeding, and myofunctional therapy. Additional training includes Craniosacral Facial Therapy (CFT), TOTS training, Buteyko Breathing, sleep diagnostics, and more.

While I don't have all the answers, my interdisciplinary team approach, coupled with a unique background, positions me to help. Through thorough examination and attentive listening, I aim to guide you on your specific path to success.
